Agency fees

 

 

Sale of real estate: 5% of the transaction value, payable by the Seller. For properties on our listings and outside Monaco no fees for the Buyer, otherwise 3 %.

 

 

Rental management: 10% of the yearly rental income, payable by the Lessor and the Lessee.
