AGATI RESIDENCES -  SHORT TERM RENT - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

Rates include local taxes and sales taxes at current rates. Non-paid reservation can be cancelled at any moment without penalty. Paid reservation can be cancelled in 24h after reservation or more than 30 days ahead of the arrival date with a 1% handling fee.  Otherwise 100% of the rental amount is due.

 

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Any departure after the deadline will result in an additional day(s) charge at the prevailing daily lease price. An early departure, a late arrival or a non-occupation of days does not give the right to any discount or a partial refund of the rental. The accommodation must be left clean at the end of the stay. A final cleaning service is mandatory. A departure cleaning fee is applicable to all stays according to prevailing pricing list.

 

Guests agree to report any damage to the Agency no later than 24 hours after arrival. Guests are responsible for all damage caused, theft, infringements, non-compliance with the rules during his/her stay. In the event of damage, the damage cost to be paid by Guests.

 

Guests agree to respect the regulations of the building. It is forbidden to make noise between 8 p.m- 8 a.m. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and common areas unless otherwise indicated. Guests who do not respect the rules will have to leave the premises. An early departure gives the right to no discount or partial refund of the rental. 

 

Guests are obligated to comply with the waste and parking requirements. The apartments have a basic supply of toiletries and kitchenware. Guests are responsible for providing all additional supplies necessary for the duration of their stay. Pets are not accepted in the accommodation.

 

In an emergency or for various repairs and routine maintenance, the Agency reserves the right to enter the apartment withoutGuests' consent. In the event of force majeure: natural disasters, climatic upheavals or for any other nuisance due to works, private or public events, no request will give the right to compensation. For any dispute concerning the execution or non-execution of these conditions, the legal venue of the destination shall prevail.
